EPIC provides high efficiency 4:1 or 8:1 fixed ratio converters as the first stage, converting the board voltage to 10-lSV or 5-7.SV. The second stage - multiple phase buck converters, transfer the voltage to 0.5-3.3V to power the Al chips, such as GPU/CPU/DPU, etc. EPIC's 4:1 and 8:1 fixed ratio converters achieve"pin to pin" replacements with international competitors, while offering industry-leading efficiency and power density. The 4:1 fixed ratio converter can achieve peak efficiency of 98.2% and full load output power up to 1500W. The 8:1 fixed ratio converter can achieve a peak efficiency of 97.8% and a full load output power of 600W. EPIC's second-stage multiple phase buck converters provide a power module with integrated inductors, drivers and power MOSFETs. Single module adopts dual-phase buck circuit, with peak output current up to 140A. Multiple modules can work in paralle to provide output current up to 2000A. Compared with the buck power supply built with discrete devices on the motherboard, the integrated module can reduce the size of the buck converter by about 50%, greatly improving the PCB Layout and accelerate the product development.
